Weekend Itineary

Welcome & Pool Party @ the R&D Mansion

If you are visiting from out of town we would love for you to stop by our new home on Friday evening. Feel free to bring stuff to swim and reach out to Rob or Daniel and let us know if you will be stopping by!

Time: Any time after 3:30 PM!

Place: 8213 Ganttcrest Drive, Austin, TX 78749

Brewery day!

Join us on Saturday to experience Austin's iconic brewery scene. We'll have multiple tables together but know that seating is first come, first served so you may need to snag one in another part of the brewery if it's super packed. There are no mask mandates in TX if you are fully vacccinated but each business dictates their own policy (so bring one just in case). Food is great here too!

Time: 11:30- 3 PM

Place: Pinthouse Brewing

2201 E Ben White Blvd, Austin, TX 78741

Wedding Day!

Time: 4:30 sharp

Place: 19039 Adrian Way, Jonestown, TX 78645

Boat Day

Let R&D know ASAP if you will still be around through Tuesday as we are doing a big boat Monday afternoon to help recover on beautiful Lake Austin!

Guest Accommodation Options

Various Options
Austin, TX, USA

Hi Fam! Many are asking us about accommodations for the wedding. Please note that the venue is about 45 minutes from downtown Austin. We would recommend staying within the Austin area and drive or Uber to the venue on Sunday. Otherwise, if you're staying in Jonestown the entire weekend it might be a tad bit too quiet. Austin is an amazing city and has so much to offer, which is why we decided to call it home.

If you're interested in renting an AirBNB here are some areas to consider:

- Downtown Austin (Austin Proper)

- South of the Lake:

- South Lamar

- Zilker

- Barton Hills

- Bouldin Creek

- Travis Heights

- South Congress

- South 1st Street

- North of the Lake

- Clarksville

- East Austin

- The Domain (similar to Santa Row but a bit far from the action downtown)

- Hyde Park

- Tarrytown

The incredible Jackie B got these quotes from various hotels for the weekend of our wedding. We wanted to consider everyone's individual budget so there is a pretty good range of options to choose from.

We have discounted rates at the following two hotels, mention the Barron-Pryce wedding:

The Element (Riverside/East Side Area) $149- $169/night

The W Downtown (Downtown area) $235/night

- (512) 542-3600

HOMEWOOD Suites $139/night (Rainey St. Area)

JW Marriot (Downtown Area) $175/night

The Westin (Downtown) $181/night

South Congress Hotel (Congress Area) $258/night

Hotel VanZandt (Rainey St. Area) $250/night

Prices are subject to change so book ASAP. We also hear that there is a car rental shortage in Austin due to COVID many car rental companies have sold their inventory and due to recent storms and baseball-sized hail, many cars were damaged. So call the rental company directly if you are booking through a 3rd party like Expedia or something similar to confirm your car reservation.

As always, please contact us with any questions!!

Travel and Transportation

Austin, Texas

Austin is a beautiful city and many guests will be visiting not only spend time with us on our special day but to also explore all things ATX has to offer. Here are some FAQ's:

What airport do I fly into?

Austin only has one airport - Austin-Bergstrom International Airport with two terminals. The main terminal accommodates almost all airlines. The south terminal will accommodate Frontier or Allegiant airlines.

Where do I stay?

Our wedding is located in Jonestown, which is about 30-45 NorthWest of downtown Austin. Many guests are arriving a bit early or staying a bit later to explore. Any hotel located in or around Downtown Austin is a good central location. Downtown Austin is where the action is so most things are a short walk or drive away. The Domain is up North a bit and also an alternative option (closer to our wedding venue). The Domain is basically an outdoor mall (think Santana Row if you are from the Bay Area) with hotels, a ton of shops, and restaurants. Airbnb or similar services are also plentiful in and around Austin and Jonestown.

How long should I stay?

This depends on you of course. If you can stay and make a mini-vacation out of this, please do so! You'll definitely see how we fell in love with Austin and why we decided to make this our new home.

Should I rent a car?

This really depends on how free or restrictive you want to be. We would recommend renting a car if you want to explore but PLEASE, do not drink and drive to or from our wedding. Uber and Lyft are both available!

What's the weather going to be like?

HOT & HUMID! Austin in June ranges from 85° to 95° .. DON'T WORRY... The ceremony, dinner, and dancing will all be indoors. But if you're not used to the heat be prepared!

Is there a gift registry?

We do not have a gift registry as we have everything we need (Robbie has a slight Amazon addiction). If you would like to bring a gift we are asking for monetary contributions to go toward our honeymoon. *Link in registry tab of this website*
